AT THE WORKS we use all natural ingredients. Always have. It's who we are. It's in our flour (which is naturally white, never bleached or bromated).

WE DO IT ALL DAY and into the night-making artisan Breads and Bagels is our passion! All our salads, Sandwiches and Wraps are homemade with the freshest ingredients.

OUR VERMONT CREAM CHEESE comes direct from family farms, and is blended daily with ripe fruits and fresh veggies.
