The Works Bakery Café is committed to supporting local farmers and distributors. One grower is Paul Harlow of Harlow Farms in Westminster, Vermont. In 2008 we visited Paul's farm, where he talked about his farm, his decision to transition to organic, and the changes and challenges that have come about as a result of that decision.
